Symphony is a unique blend of predominantly a dispute resolution practice
undertaking various commercial litigation, contentious insolvency
and asset tracing matters, but it also undertakes specific non-contentious
work such as corporate, family, tax and structuring.
Why Symphony?
1. The founding partner is a lawyer to the bone, but also a musician due to her
background classical music training. Aside from law, she has many hobbies
including theatre, ballet, sport and fashion, but music is her real passion.
Elena believes that by following your passion you can excel in your profession.
Elena is known for excellent drafting and building strategies as well as for being
conservative and even pedantic when it comes to the rule of law and
compliance, but she is also known for using creative approach, and part of that
success is that there is always classical or modern rock music on the
background, whether it is Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Linkin Park,
Oasis or The Beatles.
2. The word “symphony” means harmony, which the world needs right now.
There are too many conflicts around the globe, and we at Symphony promote
peace. At Symphony we do not differentiate by nationalities, we treat people
with respect regardless of where they come from.
Emotional intelligence, straight talking and robust fairness in approaching
business and personal matters is one of the reasons why Elena is popular
and has large networks of contacts from different cultural backgrounds.
3. And it does not stop at the human level. Elena has a keen interest in animals and she has been working for many years supporting various charities helping resolve the problem with stray animals in deprived countries. In her home town
this problem is almost resolved, and she has been supporting multiple animal charities in Russia, Ukraine and other parts of the world. Symphony pledges that 10% of its net profits will be donated on continuing the work helping and rescuing stray animals worldwide.
